At Jaybic, we offer contracted services for helium (He) leak testing for piping assemblies, manifolds, hoses, and fittings used in liquid cooling systems. We accommodate everything from single prototypes to small production runs, verifying the airtightness of welded, brazed, and connection points, as well as investigating minor leaks. We are available for consultations even if you do not have testing equipment or have not yet determined the testing methods and pass/fail criteria.
